Can this be used as baffles for a DIY sump?

I think that is like Starboard - great because it's nonreactive, but can't really bond it to anything. Maybe you could use silicone to basically keep it in place but it's not going to bond well like acrylic.

Just like MolaMola said, it will not bond to anything* (in any conventional sump way). It's basically in the same category as teflon a "low surface energy" item, which is fancy speak for "won't bond".

Now I'm sure you could silicone some glass strips as a physical barrier to slide this in between, then use silicone as a gasket, but at the end of the day probably will be more trouble than it is worth.
