Voluntary Recall of Marineland Stealth Heaters

Big als online emailed me about a replacement for my two 300w heaters. They are sending out these as replacements

No need to return the old heaters either.

Lucky you, DF&S simply sent me the letter with Marineland's phone basically saying "its not our problem"

The email I got from them said to call DFS. You can either exchange them or get a refund. They'll send you a return label for the Stealths.

I do have a couple of the Rena Smart heaters running right now and they seem to work OK and are impact resistant. For the most part I don't really use heaters anymore if I can avoid it, Mag drive pumps make great heaters

Well, did a lil research on the Fluval M's and it doesn't look like its fully submersible??? How are those Rena Smartheaters Jeremy? Have you had them for awhile? Looking online they discontinued the 300w for some reason. :quest:
