What is your dry fish food of choice?

So the dry food is just dumped in anywhere and corals can access it through the water column?
No fish yet in our tank. We target feed inverts and big LPS, plus Phyto and Oyster Feast dumped in.
Big question - how do we know how much food to feed corals, especially if just dumping it in?
