What kind of ATI fixture is this

So I got this fixture as part of the deal. Doesn't look like the current Sunpower line. Any idea what it is?

Looks like a PowerModule to me, supposed to be superior to the SunPower. Nice find!

Don't think it is a Powermodule. All the Powermodules I see are + LED. Unless there is an older version of the Powermodule without LEDs. Shape and fan placement does seem like an LED though.

Edit - went and did a search on RC classifieds and this is indeed a Powermodule. Non-dimmable though and I'm missing the AC-DC adpater for the fans. Wonder how much it will fetch!?!
