White specks all over the tank

Not quite sure how to describe these, but been seeing these white specks appearing all over the place, and these are on the algae scraper. Looks like tiny snails, possible pests?

Any suggestion to getting rid of the spirorbid worms?

In the system they will remain...
But you can scrape them off the sides with a credit card or similar tool
A razor blade will work on glass

My tuxedo urchin munches on them, but like Erin said, they're just going to pop up randomly in spots and are harmless. Could be a concern if they get into your magnet scraper while cleaning if you have acrylic. A quick rinse, and vinegar or citric acid soak will dissolve them on it.

Best practice is to not keep your scraper in the tank when you're not using it.

Not that I follow this practice lol
