What type is IMG_4827.jpg? It looks like it's growing on a dead skeleton of some other coral. Normal?

I don't see the image numbers, but the two corals I see skeletons on are the acan which looks like it has some dead polyps, and the green torch with is just mad and sunk into it's skeleton. Either way corals can, and do grow on other coral skeletons, which is what live rock is a lot of the time.
