got ethical husbandry?

WSJ Article about Fish Tanks

My stepmom clipped this article out of the paper for me. Mostly FOWLR with fake coral. I'm not gonna knock it but it ain't my cup of tea. This is what the average non-hobbyist thinks is a "cool fish tank."
 
Interesting article -sort of demonstrates that people once again with a lot of money -or less money have not a clue what it takes to run a tank whether it’s them or a maintenance company.

Pretty much the same reaction as @PizzaOven. Folks pay 6,000 USD maintenance a month to clean plastic corals. It was also the overall messaging such as rich people use these tanks as furniture or art replacements and it makes the hobby appear very superficial. Overall, I felt I did not see the core of this hobby reflected at all, but for some, it is just that.
