Xr15 can’t on

Anyone know about xr15 ? It can’t turn on .
The power button keep blinking. Red and green.

What gen are these? Sometime mobius will actually tell you an error code. You can also google what the color flashes mean.

It gen 4 . And when I turn on mobuis app said circuit open

is the fan spinning? try to air blow/clean the fan and make sure it spins. if it spins and has the issue, its a hardware problem and you would have to contact ecotech do a warranty exchange.

no, they will end up giving you a heavily discounted xr15 g6 replacement.
