What do you mean nutrition count? I keep noir in the tank and I feed frozen once a day and formula, one pallets later at night before lights go out fyi I’ve only been in this hobby since the end of last yearNutrition counts
I got him at Dr. quarantine Fish online for like 200 bucksFeed it daily with nori sprayed with Selcon.
Where'd you get the yellow tang from? Haven't seen them at any LFS lately.
All foods will increase your phosphates. I think in terms of phosphate content it goes frozen foods < nori < pellets. Higher protein pellets the higher the phosphates. TDO pellets is known to have very high amounts of phosphates.I’m understand that Nori causes phosphates to raise really high. Is this true or am I being misled?
Just smart to keep them inline with nitrate imoI feed quite a bit of TDO and nori and have pretty high phosphates - but so what? Keep your fish happy!
Also, these work much better than your standard algae clip and your tangs won’t make such a mess:

I don’t understand thisWell I’m growing coral too so I can just let the phosphate do what it wants
