Nice! I've never had a wrasse before, but the female version of this wrasse caught my eye a while ago. Might get one for a future tank build

Neither , I had a friend get it for me. The ones at AC went to a person who bought them both

I suspect that like many wrasses they are somewhat seasonal, but they have been available more often of late.

Most wrasses of his family aren't too difficult to get eating, but most are not near as pricey so you sweat it out and hope. Or at least I would.

Then in an all wrasse tank (like I think he's in) you have to worry the dominant wrasse won't pick on him enough so he never starts eating....
