Waste from 1 into input of next. Using an aquatec 8800 booster pump

So let me get this correct. The waste from 1st membrane then I assume I would use a quick connect Y fitting and then into the DI? Where would the pump go?

Same setup here. I have pretty "clean" tap water between 40-45 TDS with a pressure 70-75psi with booster and get almost 1:1 waste:RO/DI water. Get around 190G per day.

Booster is before everything, after your water input, best to use a filter to keep it from getting plugged up. My pump is after my sediment filter. You can combine the output of both membranes into 1 di or add a second and run each into their own. That's what I do.

Thanks for the help!! On a different subject started to fill the redsea 250

I know the location is not ideal but I put 1 inch Styrofoam on the back and I have thick shades for the light coming through the window I will also build a suspended hood

So here is what I belive to be the final scape

The front I will have zoas and palys that I will frag some from my lagoon.

Also I plan to see how long I can stand the sound of the stock skimmer after it breaks in. If not I'm thinking of the tunze 9004 unless someone has something else in mind. I know it might be a little under power but I don't know what else will fit.

I am going to get 2 new return pumps since one doesn't work and the other is loud.

For in tank flow I'm thinking a gyre or 2 jebao pp series. I don't know a whole lot about this tank but I need to do more research right now I'm just cycling and trying to get rid of the phosphate that will leach.

Plans for equipment

Light 1 ai hydra or 2 ocean revive
Brs media reactor
Media rack or some way to use a filter sock

I also have a question. Do I need a light for a fuge? Does a fuge need to have macro algea or will copepods live and breed with just rock rubble. I ask because I made a basket in the back to hold rock or possible cheato but I would need a submersible light for it. What are your thoughts

Nothing says you HAVE to have a light for your fuge. You're going to have a hard time growing chaeto with out it though. The pods will propagate in rubble though if that's what your trying to achieve.

Threw on my current usa fresh water led light on just to see what the tank looks like lit. I can't wait to get some real lights first fish tomorrow!!

The snapshots you took are from two different products, but the photo you took of the bottle is the larger LPS bottle. The concentrate is supposed to be more beneficial for SPS.

Been over a month since an update. Added a gladiator clown, my friend gave me a flame angel. I bought a dosing pump and started dosing brs 2 part. Tank is doing well just need to check magnesium. Here are some shots

I've acquired lights, skimmer, hob overflow for the red sea. I just need a sump now. That tank will be up soon. It's fully cycled

So there has been a change of plans I will no longer be keeping the red sea or the lagoon they will be both for sale. I Love the lagoon but realize 2 tanks is too much work. I will be starting a new build very soon.
