I just need to make 2 straight cut. Not complicated.

Originally plan to use angle grinder with tile blade, but the tile I like to cut is engineered stone which have high silica ie the dust is as for you. Wet cut is highly recommended .

The wet saw is $100 bucks. Not expensive but don’t think I need it often . Another tool which I don’t have a need for.

I don't have one unfortunately but one of these would work if it's simple straight cuts. Definitely nothing you wanna use doing a whole house but actually decent for a small room without angles or curves.

If it's something you don't need afterwards just return it.

It’s engineered stone. Manual cutter will not work. I guess I’m just going to get one . What’s another tool in the cabinet!

Thanks anyway

Cool, I had no idea of your intended use for it. Same thing get one use return if you don't need it or have space to store it. They may even rent them.
