Parking is easy, there's about 20 stalls each of men and women restrooms on the first floor alone. Nice areas to sit outsite and inside, as groups wait their turn and potential to expand your event and really make it stand out in the bay area (in the future if you choose us). Free guest Wifi, Air Condition, tons of natural lighting, easy to manage people-flow for registrations, etc, and a convenient side room available if needed for staff/volunteers. We are flexible if you need to set up a day or two prior to the event (scheduling permitting) - equipment dropff, etc. We create call-sheets specific to your event to ensure it goes smoothly and effortlessy, and dedicated, trained site supervisors at your service on the day of. The only thing is that food is not convenient (at either locations). I recommend at least a food truck or something - or ppl bring their own food/snack or doordash or drive about 3 mins to a plaza around the corner. There's a few vending machines inside, but that can only do so much.
