Ive used reef vibrant and it worked for my algae problems starting out. Note that I only have soft corals and anemones.

More recent tank shot Havent done a water change yet, but I did have to add more salt water since the salinity dropped pretty low. The soft corals have won the battle vs the anemones but i think ill start feeding the anemone again and see if they start growing again. Cool rock flower anemone...

Yeah pull me out too. Not ready to potentially take on the financial burden of another tank lol

Yeah I still use it. I change it out like every 4 months or so.

The yellow clove polyps have killed off every other color of clove polyps too.. i was hoping they would live together instead of smother each other to death. Heres a more blue photo of the tank:
