I added some mud to my frag tank. Haven't added any more corals to it, since the ick or velvet outbreak. I'm trying to not touch it at all until fallow period is over with.

Give it a shot, some basic acros. Honestly some of them just die overnight normally from What I notice new ones die pretty quickly if they have a issue. Like within 2 weeks of getting them. Make it past that odds are much better they will do well. Just my observations no expert advice lol...

Ouch, have you noticed any changes in sps? Mine dropped like that many months back ago and I lost some sps. I would hope your sps would be ok in your case of alk slowly droping down and wasn't any type of rapid drop like mine was following a water change. What’s your planned method to bring it up?

Watch a few youtube videos it's alot easier than you think, unless your trying to go all in and get something custom made high end type stuff. Lot cheaper to. If u need tools drills bits, saws, levels etc, I should have what ever u need to get the job done if you wanna borrow them.
