I installed a solar one last year, seemed like a great idea... kinda regret it since it doesn't run at night when there's still hot air trapped up there - get an electric or hybrid, don't make the same mistake I did!

I'm in! We need to delineate "areas" better - Like San Leandro, I consider that Oak/Alameda - but it falls under Castro Valley/Hayward too I suppose? FINE, semantics... whatever.
