Oh I missed that, TDS in the RODI could be a contributing factor maybe? Aqua Plus RODI didn't test at 0 TDS when I got some from them last year.

I've gotten RODI from 3 different LFS's and Neptunes was the only one that tested 0 TDS for me (checked with Amazon TDS meter). Sounds like you don't have any issues with algae or unhappy corals with the phosphates that high which is nice. Get a RODI unit if you can or at least a TDS meter so...

From your screenshot, your Apex temp sensor is saying the temperature is 81.1 degrees. So either your Apex is right and the heater is wrong or vice versa. Or both could be off.

From my understanding, it sounds like the skimmer will provide gas exchange no matter what and if you have high CO2 in the room, then you're gas exchanging excess CO2 into the water, which would lower pH.

I plan on putting an AIO tank in my laundry which happens to gets dusty/linty, well because it's laundry room hahah. I was thinking of getting a polycarbonate lid to help prevent dust/lint from getting in the tank. Would using a protein skimmer take care of any gas exchange needs and keep my pH...

Did you measure PAR with your light at different settings? If not, I'd get the PAR meter again and at least measure with everything at 100% to see how much PAR you are getting. If it's not in the 150-250 range like @Bruce Spiegelman mentioned, then time for a stronger light if you want to keep...
