with those testers i don’t think you will ever get a “Rock solid” confirmed number. i would just average the numbers out and call it good. I would not worry unless the readings were like 3.00 or higher consistently.

That coral looks like a spongodes to me. The slimeball is considered an acro. but it's growth is a lot like a Monti.

just watch your alk! the excess calcium will drive down your alk. If the tank alk is still at an acceptable level, I would think you could just let it roll.

Did Matt break down his tanks? Is he still in the hobby?

I would (guess) it’s a light thing. I couldn’t tell you if it’s too much light, or too little. I had a frag doing that same thing, so i rotated it just a bit, to a little different position so the light would hit it at a different angle. It fully colored back up after that.

@Coral reefer i was on this list long long time ago, but passed on it because @enaldy lived too far from me. If you are planning on fragging yours, I could pick up while I’m out your way to pick up the BC replacement piece.
