I have a very healthy tank overall, been running with practically no intervention other than water changes / Kalk+2 supplements for close to a year now. Corals all look good, Shrimp looking great and fish too. Except for my one Cardinal that has developed some kind of "growth" on it's left gill...

Temp is pretty solid at 78 += .1 via my Apex. Salinity has also been quite stable, although I am in the process of lowering just a fraction. Splits were done before I started this though

WTF - I bought the feeding ring, wired up the AFS and when it drops the food now, it's sinking right away :o Maybe the pellets got damp somehow? But they have been in the AFS which is supposed to be sealed

I spun up my new system back in December, I transfered from another tank so LR was already fully cycled. I did add new sand and within a month I had a dino carpet. Rather than pull it out piecemeal I've let it be for a few months. I'm only now starting to syphon, and from the areas I have done...
