Hey all, currently fighting dinos in Megaflow 120, checked out mack's reef dino support group and it looks like I'm fighting ostreopsis. I'm gonna pick up a UV sterilizer soon, and I just wanted to ask, is it better to mount it horizontally, or vertically in my cabinet?

I've had mine for a few months now in my megaflow 120 and I have noticed I don't need to clean my glass as frequently. My water also seems a lot clearer than before, so I think it's a good pickup.

Hey all, I have a lot of dry rock sitting in my backyard in a storage bin that wasn't covered. I want to use some of the rocks in my tank, should I try to do anything specific to clean my rocks? I just thought about this because it rained yesterday. TIA!

Thanks! I was thinking about picking up a kasa smart plug for this very purpose. What's a good method to determine how much kalk you can dose before you hit that maximum evaporation amount? I'm assuming it changes regularly depending on the evaporation of the tank?

Hey all, I'm looking to set up my 150 gallon system (120 display, 30 sump) in the next week or so, and I was hoping I could borrow a brute can or two for the process of making RODI water and filling the tank up. I can return them immediately. I'm located in Hayward. TIA!
