@sfsuphysics you think it'll work to build a stand for a Aquarium Masters rimless reef ready tank 48x24x16 (80g)? Or would i need a different size? I have no experience with aluminum stands but love the low profile it offers and want to get a stand for my future fragtank.

I did that the first batch i trimmed, filled up half a 5gallon bucket. Felt bad tossing them.

Yes sir! If you plan on adding yasha goby and pistol shrimp make sure your rock is touching the bottom of the glass, the shrimp will dig tunnels under the rock and if the rock isn't touching the bottom of the glass it may shift and fall over, I would also move all the plugs on the rock...

i make my own saltwater, i test right after im done making the batch and test a few days later and both results are different. BRS made a cool video series about salt storage.
