Soak it in RO water overnight and shake vigorously the next day in another tub with clean RO water would get you started, then cycle it for a week or two and repeat.

You can have the system up and running over a bridge, but do need a cable for updates.

I just took it really slow all the way up, running at 95% at peek for about 2 hours now. Anything aquacultured seems to do ok, but the wild colonies just get trashed, even with a ton of flow. Kinda at the point were I just don't buy wild, especially when frags can grow in tank with the correct...

I started out at 25% and worked my way up. I keep an AI Sol in my sump running at 40% just to acclimate corals for the display, takes about a week.

I have the AI Sols, both blue and white. Really like the colors on the Blue, but the whites are a more natural looking color. I have been growing SPS for about 6 months now. Had serious issues dialing the power down to an acceptable level and not burning things, running at about 50% now.

Or buy a fog machine...

I have a few in a 150, they do move. Mine have tended to stay low though. Nothing eaten yet, but all my fish are bigger then the anemone. Not sure as a species, but the ones I have do not seem as sticky as Ritteri or carpets. Also, I have had one for about a year and never fed it, hasn't grown...
