WIthout them the club would be over and done. Seriously. The BOD is what makes the club happen, and they do it on their own time, for free, with constant criticism. If anyone wants to really be heard, attend BOD meetings and be heard. It's pretty straighforward.

This seems incredibly unfair. The BOD is a volunteer group that spends significant time and resources orgnizing the club and related events for a hobby group. Anyone can run to be on the BOD, but few do. The people on the BOD work their butts off, and really don't deserve this kind of stuff...
