I have a newer ASD HG and one from the original strain that I recently got from TCK; while both look very nice, they are different. Tin had brought a couple original to to CFM last time, they just look different from the rest of the HG’s that were for sale and a price to match.

I use these (or similar) scissors - same ones i used for trimming plants in my planted aquariums. Makes for easy snipping while in tank. I also then run carbon after cutting to catch and would-be toxins released after the cuts as my nems don't tend to care much for them.

Quick update: Water is in the tank as well as the first of the tester corals (Todd Torch and birdsnest), a goni will go in this week along with some live sand and such from IPSF. I added these motion activated lights that are USB rechargeable after watching ReefDudes.

I believe the POTO Golden Dragon was from me. Currently my favorite of the "dragon" types. growing out TCK New Dragon now, but that has been a slower grower for me thus far.
