Definitely start them off with some nori. Mine have reached the nothing left to eat stage in my smaller tank and they can wipe out a quarter sheet in one evening now.

Usually the average online price of the coral is one of the main indicators, or how common they are within the club. Feel free to include things that you know are higher $ amount or not commonly seen onto the sheet.
