    Big green toadstool

I’ve got a 9”-10” across green toadstool that needs a new home. Free to supporting members! But, I will have to cut it off the rock it’s on prior to giving it to the new lucky owner, so they’ll need to wedge it in a crevice for it to attach. Ideally, I’d like it to find a home within a week or...

Looks like we have a good number of folks interested - I’d like to pull my name from the lottery.

7/19 Behind the Scenes Steinhart Aquarium Tour!

I’m in the same situation as @RandyC. Done it before, would love to do it again, but I’d let someone else attend who has not attended go before I do.

    Dolphin pet village anemone?

Cool, glad to get some expert eyes on these. I thought they were pretty and it’s been a while since I’ve seen “real” ones. For the non experts, like myself, what are the key differences to look for between the DPV and the AC batch? I saw dark purple base, green tentacles with no pink spots on...

    Dolphin pet village anemone?

There were in the $250 section. They were decent size, an employee said a customer brought in a whole bunch of them, but didn’t know much else about them.

    Dolphin pet village anemone?

I was at Aquatic Collection during their anniversary sale, and they had a basket of what, to my eye, really looked like the old school DPV bubble tip anemones. So much so I almost bought one, even though the folks I chatted with there didn’t seem to know what I was talking about. They were very...

    Does anyone keep snakes?

Solid choice, especially if you got a female!

    Does anyone keep snakes?

Hehe, glad to see folks tagging me on this one! I used to breed a few different species of boas and pythons. I had to pare down my collection when I got married a while back, but still have a few, and will hopefully get back to breeding again soon. So I'm biased;). I think there are a few that...

    DBTC: Hawaiian anemone

@Darkxerox, the only I nfo I have on the origin of these guys is in the second post of this thread. I have these and the Caribbean rock flowers (actually, a couple from @Klems from years back) and to my eye, they look quite different. Not the most colorful things in the tank, but I like them.

    Welcome to the Clown Show

I haven't made any real updates in a while, my main tank is in "maintenance mode" and I've been focusing my aquarium time on more fishy stuff than coral stuff. I have a nice little pair of ocellaris clowns that have been laying very regularly in their little IM Nuvo 10 that's full of weedy...

    DBTC: Blue Kenya tree

I have a decent frag attached to some coarse reactor media ready for pick up. Once that one’s gone, I’ll work to get another attached. @FreahSaltyGuy, you’re first in line, @sunnyt91 you’re next, but really whoever would like to pick it up first, there will be more.

    Mantis Shrimp hitchhiker

I’ve had 2 mantis’ over the years, both smackers. First one was all black, about an inch long and was in the tank for probably 3 years before disappearing. Now I have what I think is a wennerae from some Florida rock that’s about 3”. I have it in with my breeding occilaris clowns with no issue...
