It’ll be fine for now but thinking we need at least another emergency tank down there. I put that small bucket under the emergency overflow since I accidentally turned off the pumps yesterday and flooded it.
What’s the rule of thumb for sizing a sump? This thing is like 90 gallons and the display is 670 gallons.

Enough room to accommodate a power outage is my first thought when sizing. I don't use check valves however.

That is my thought. Turn off all your pumps... if the sump can hold all the water, then its big enough.

Yup, physical size doesn't matter as much as how all your plumbing is done. And even then the physical size is less important than the total amount of unoccupied space in the sump. 200 gallon sump with really tall baffles/chambers may not give you as much space as you think.
As Vincent said, have the thing running, then turn off your return pumps and wait it out. If it overflows you may be hosed since changing plumbing heights after the fact usually is a little more difficult as your return pipe holes look fixed, and the overflow is set at a fixed height as well. You could drill into the the return chamber and get more volume that way by connecting a secondary chamber.

I did recommend finding a 6x2x2 for the record.
I haven’t done anything to stop back siphoning yet.
Not have I made it to the water won’t gravity drain down to the return holes which are significantly lower than the overflow teeth. I think this sump will work once I’m done
