Perhaps rather than leaving submissions open for the entire quarter, let’s just open them up for a week or two - with a few announcements to build a little hype and get people aware?

I like the quarterly cadence but I admit I completely forget about the contest this way.

Whatever you all want, just let me know. I changed it to this based on what folks said that monthly was too frequent...so I'm not really sure what to say. It was literally "featured" on the front of the forum for the past couple months. If the interest has dwindled for these contests, then the club funds should be better spent elsewhere. Or do you all want me bumping the thread to remind you via notifications?

If it was bumped or 1-2 reminders that probably would probably be enough. I like the 3 month part. Just makes it easier to forget about them Lol.
