Most drive to the next state over to get the good ones into Cali.
 
For years guys I know simply go to Nevada to pick up commercial grade. No permit has ever been asked for and they bring back huge ones. In fact one of them got busted this year and the bomb squad evacuated a 3 square block radius :lol: OK so he was also making his own massive mortars as well. Having just looked at the regs, NV is just as bad as us now :(

The owner of Boston Aqua Farms is a permitted firework guy. He does big commercial displays.
