Hi everyone,

If you're going to be going to one of the local fish stores, you should keep your eye out for the new issue of Reef Hobbyist magazine. They're free to take! One of my photos of my tank/lionfish made the cover and I have a feature article in the issue about my predator reef. Check it out if you get a chance!

I've seen the electronic proof of the issue, but I'm in rural GA visiting my parents right now so I'm no where near a reef store to go pick up a paper copy. I can't wait to see it in person when I get back to the Bay Area

The lionfish are just so much fun to photograph! I loved this photo with two of them with the very clear reflections, so I was thrilled it got picked for the cover. Glad you like the photo!

Hey now! They're still adorable! Actually I don't think either the dwarf zebra or the antennata have grown that much since that photo was taken. Its the eel who is a beast now!

Another fun announcement! I didn't find out until earlier today, but the Reef Threads podcast released this afternoon discusses my adventure eating lionfish in Florida and my aquarium feature in Reef Hobbyist magazine! That was some exciting news!
