I bought the replacement tubing. Can’t figure out how to open the pump cover .

Can’t find any information online either

How do I open the blue dosing pump cover to get access to the tube?

Why are you changing the tubing, and how long has your alkatronic been runing? It looks like your C-pump tubing has a bunch of black gunk in it which is kinda weird.

The hose counter shows 1200 . It start sending me warning msg after 800. I just reset the counter . I figure I waited long enough pass the due date

The gunk in C tube is weird as well. It’s the line for the acic reagent. I will probably replace that as well once I figure out the tube size

I have about 2200 tests on mine but haven’t yet replaced the internal pump hoses, although I’ve replaced all the others - my pump C hose actually cracked recently. It’s 1.6MM ID btw, just get it on Amazon

Thanks. Just order the replacement tube. I have been lazy and ignoring the alkatronics maintenance (calibration, etc) for months. The reading driff by over 1dkh! That sorta explain why i lost 1-2 small frags and the larger colony not happy. Going to restart manual Hanna testing every week to cross check with alkatronics.

The reagent hose is 1.6mm ID and the other hoses are 3.2mm ID - for your notes. Roughly the same as 1/16" and 1/8" respectively.

Where did you buy the inner pump replacements? I should probably get a few of those too.
