I haven't checked the balance in my 401k in like 2 years I have no idea what it is at. I am not too worried though I have a long time before I retire so it has plenty of time to recover.

Lmao I heard there are tons of jobs in Iraq ???. Lol We are still funding so much over there. We fund so much money in Iraq yet we cant even fund our own problems here in the mainland; schools, disasters, economy. And why the hell is gas so high, when we invaded a country that has most of it?

Well, we won't make this an Iraq political thread, but apparently the Iraqi gov't has BILLIONS of dollars in surplus BUT they don't have the infrastructure to effectively spend it! Their banking structure is almost nonexistant. I don't even know where they keep all that oil profits!
Though I agree ... why are we paying for schools in Iraq when we need schools here? And seriously, the Invasion wasn't even that long, how much stuff did we destroy and how long will it take to rebuild it?
But of course, most of the money we spent is stolen and erroded by MASSIVE corruption from both sides.

[/quote]The money is managed by my wife for good reasons, my reefing hobby is money that is basicly thrown away, if I threw away investment money at it too I'd be living in my car, hey were all nearly living in our cars what am I talking about!
