Apex not connect to Fusion

Anyone have any idea how to fix Apex not connect to Fusion?

Have you try to rebooting it? My usually is internet connection issue and rebooting will correct it.

I reboot my cable modem and router and very much all network device in the house. How do you reboot the Apex? I unplug Apex display and now the display is all blue without any thing on it. How do you reboot your apex? Btw, I have Apex classic.

Sorry! Not home to check for sure but there is a reboot selection in either setup or system category.

I cannot connect to it so I cannot get to setup. My display stop working, too.

Without the display and can’t connect to fusion, only way I could think of is try unplugging the power to the brain/main control for a few minutes and see if that will reset it. And try borrowing a display from someone near by if possible. Good luck！

I have to unplug mine to get it to work.
