British Virgin Islands Snorkeling Pics

I just returned from a trip to the BVI. Thought I'd share some pics I took while snorkeling. Hope you enjoy!

Love the Gorgonians:

Juvenile French Angel

Adult French Angel (maybe 12-14")

Gray(?) Angelfish:

Southern Stingray (3-4 foot diameter!)

Filefish:

One of these fish is not like the others...

It was all pretty shallow (less than 20’). Water was ~80F so no wetsuit needed. Everything was shot on a DJI action camera!

wow! i have some older gopro version that i tried to record lemon sharks and all i managed was a lot of blur. trying to see if i can find the video

Post them! I was jealous of my friends with scuba gear. I need to find some time to do the classes and get certified.

BVI is a great/easy diving, have done sailing/diving trips down there 3 times. St Croix is also great diving; USVI is not bad either.

We chartered a 45' sailboat; it was tons of fun. I'll be diving next time for sure!
