CO2 tank filler in SF?

Ive seen some posts on this for the bay area, but Im still having trouble finding a place that will refill your tank. Not swap out for a filled one. Does anyone know of the closest place that does this to San Francisco? Also, I bought this tank used and do not see a sticker with a last test date on it. Does this mean the tank will need to be tested?

Refills at brewcraft may take a week. Just be aware. Legally no one can refill tanks in SF. They need to take them out of SF to get filled.

Stores can even sell compressed CO2 for paintballing (non refillable ones).

Also, I thought all hydrotesting was stamped with a date directly into the bottle near the neck.

Not all bottles are stamped.. All of my fiber wrapped bottles have stickers on them..
