A fresh cut is fine. It should be easy gluing to a frag of my own right or is there a special way I need to know about fragging it?

I personally have had very poor luck gluing softies to a support.
With this one, I’ve been able to get it to stick by wedging it in a crack in a piece of rock in a low flow area of the tank, or with some creativity, glued rubble on a tile. Happy to get you a piece either way, mounted will just take a little time for it to attach.
