Welcome to the club @seansville and @CoralGardens619 ! Just a heads up that the DBTC program generally has some standard rules, but ultimately it's up to the person starting the chain whether you'll end up with a frag.

The best thing to do is create a thread in the welcome forum to introduce yourself, create a tank journal so people can understand your level of experience, and attend in person events too so that other members can meet you.

Thanks for the advice, will definitely do that when I get a chance to document my tank journal
 
I was in this hobby about 15 years ago but took a long hiatus and somehow was drawn back. I now have a 125 g shallow reef tank setup with sps and lps along with fish. A pretty busy tank and will get busier I’m sure. Hope to see and meet everyone at some point to share our stories. Cheers!

Multi-generational tank bred SPS, @Darkxerox is correct that you should please show your chops at caring for coral through a tank thread and examples of inhabitants in your current system. Thanks!

Been in and out of the hobby for 25 years. Had my 50 gallon cube suffer a catastrophic leak and lost everything a few years back. Now I'm back with a 20 gallon nano starting over again.

Well- not well. Unfortunately I had an incident few weeks back when entire container of pellets dumped into tank. Lost most of my acros and a fair number of SPS as well-including the PC rainbow.

Tank is pretty back to normal now so I will start rebuilding the SPS/acro colonies after I take some time and make some changes to tank.
