i bought a thirty pound bag of dry fiji pink sand. i am going vssb, very shallow sand bottom a la steveweast. no more bb for me.

today i am going to pleasanton to pick up my elos system 70 and the suncolor evo fixture.

i am a bad boy, someone needs to spank my hessian butt.

Have you considered pouring an envirotech bottom? I like the option of a system with a sandbed look but tons of flow.

If you go on reefs.org an search for faux sand bed you should get a bunch of hits.
