I think we have to manually accept the payment for it not to be returned sometimes. I don’t know why it is sometimes but not all the time. If there’s a setting in PayPal to always accept payment that would be better.

Check the e-mail you sent Paypal payment. It looks like you sent it to paypal@bayreefers.org. There should not be a Y. I made the same mistake on my payment.
