Yesterday before the VIP session started @Vhuang168 allowed me to try out the new Sky light, took a few seconds to link to their phone app, and it was a no brainer to leave it on my tank for the show (instead of using the other light I had brought). Stop by Coral Growers booth and check it out. The spread looks like the tank is covered with T5s but it has the color rendering of Kessils. If you look up at the light it actually looks like the sky with the diffuser they added, pretty cool!

If you have a sandbed and room, you could consider placing them on the sand and letting them grow out flat - easy to chip off and glue onto a base structure. Pic- look around the base

CFM was cool! Not very crowded and full of lovely coral. Spoke with a few BAR members and visited @Chromis - she’s got some really nice pieces! Bought a monti from her and a pink/yellow rock flower nem from another vendor. The organizer has saved a spot for BAR at the next one (January)
 
First time attending the VIP night. Looked like a good amount of 50+ attendees. Most of the vendors were set up and ready to sell. Unfortunately didn’t see the Reef Nutrition table set up. Was hoping to get some free samples of TDO and pods. It was great meeting Liz aka @Chromis and checking out the new Sky light. Her collection of chalices are impressive. Will definitely be buying some once my new display is set up. Picked up a couple cool softies as well.

For future reference, the VIP ticket is good for Saturday as well!
