Flexible shaft?

Any ideas on where I might find flexible shaft material like you see on the LED light in the link below?

I'm finishing up my canopy for my tank and I want to put my Kessil LED lights on a series of aluminum t-tracks for positioning and I wanted to use something like this to help keep them poined correctly instead of flopping around on the hooks. The goose neck from Kessil is just too long for what I want to do.

I tried to Google it but there must be a more precise term than "flexible shaft" for what I'm looking for.
