I'll have to wait to get a PAR meter as I've never measured at the front glass where they are placed. Best guess would be 150-180 where they are. In my mind I would get them close to 200par high flow and keep pH as high as possible with a healthy amount of nutrients. I don't do ultra low nutrients for my SPS. Nitrates at 15 last I checked and phos is still high around 0.7. I'll be doing testing tonight and can update later. Part of it is luck that although bleached these pieces seemed healthy still with good polyp extension as soon as they got into the tank.
