you will get a shipping notice once they get your unit serviced. mine took average 2 days for both units.

To my surprise they sent me a new one instead of serviced one or even a refurbished one.

That might be a sign they don't have the space or bandwidth to repair right now (or a new version is in the works).

False alarm, it’s just my beated up unit with a new packaging.

looks like they replaced everything internally, my apex did not recognize the trident and started a new trident ID with the serviced unit.

ok i just got my 2nd unit back on Monday and that concludes my trident service saga.
