Gimmito's 450 gal L-shaped tank

Sea sweep looks like it could be a great product. I've been thinking about modifying a motor to turn my tunze's from side to side for quite some time...

Pretty sweet device, I like how it doesn't turn terribly fast too. I'm curious can you set the sweeping arc? Or is it fixed to 90°?

Also, was it me or was one of your rock structures wobbling when the pump pointed towards it? That would cause me some concern.

The Sea Sweep is fixed at a 90 degree turn like the Sea Swirls. You made a astute observation that my arch was swaying by the force of the Tunze. I won't be keeping there long term, but just to show how strong of a flow you can potential get from the Sea Sweep.

I have an MP40 (the old type). But I would need to buy another one and a way to make them work together. Or I could just sell the old mp40, and get a wavebox and be done with it :D That was my way of thinking anyways.

Jim if your rockwork is falling over you might be interested in attending our BOD+rockscaping meeting in two weekends
I shouldn't talk I walked out in my garage to see a rock with a big fat galaxy fell over on my big fat frogspawn. Plenty of surface area for war I'm curious to see how that ends up.

I think it would take a lot to topple that arch...after all it's a Jestersix rockscape ! I was planning on putting the Tunze 6205 back behind the atoll, but I'm really liking the flow I'm getting.

I have to try that vid again.
The other day all I could get was hello this is Jim, Gimmito on the forums... Then silence. Issue was on my end I'm pretty sure as my YouTube connection would bonk.

Guess he'll have to add the sea sweep to his talk!
