Hope it works!

I had good luck putting a trap in the back corner, with a rock over it,
and scaring the fish I wanted in that direction. They "hid" in the trap.

Yeah, I'm kinda bummed (it was my wife's favorite fish also). Angels are 50/50 though and even then they can turn on you. I think Bryan did it right...introduce them into a mature SPS dominated tank (and you'll have much better chance of success).
