Help ID Pest?

Hey all, looking in my return chambers tonight gave my a nightmare. There are a bunch of they tube looking worms with almost feather like things on the tip. Any ideas what these are? These photos were taken at night with tank lights long off.

Those are pineapple sponges.

I got some of those aswell, I mainly see them in dark low flow areas
