Brussel Sprouts aren't an x-mas theme item. They are an end of the Earth, dystopian theme when survivors must decide to choke them down or die.

I just cut the brunt parts of a smoked pork shoulder and dress it up a little! Folks will never know!

Nice try...I'm gonna expose you right now.... Burnt ends are from the points of a brisket.
But, I love the idea of smoked pork shoulder...nothing better!
