Did anybody hear Rich's method of feeding frozen food with a HOB skimmer?
Also, anybody have input on how long thawed food can stay "fresh" and not get the thaw water manky? I suspect not long, since lots of people even discard the thaw liquid.

I've thawed frozen mixed in RO/DI in a squeeze bottle and used it for 3-4 days. It was refrigerated of course. After that, it does start to give off a "nice" odor.

I didn't discard any of the frozen juices either.
