OK rule change

please add sump or fuge volume to tank volume but still keep frag tanks listed as a separate entry.

don't worry about the running total. I started an Excel spreadsheet for it. This way I can tell how many tanks and members the full volume relates to. More data points the better

BTW our math sucks... 4805g counting Modern's 50 frag tank he didn't add in
