That was the big Tahitian maxima next to the closed up squamosa. Maxima looked ok at night. In the AM there was a snail caught in the inhalant siphon. Not sure if it fell in there or crawled in there because the clam was dying. After seeing that I just left the squamosa alone. It's about status quo.

Well definitely pull the dead one. The other one might benefit from the dip but it might be next on the way out without any intervention.
